Ilene Segalove

SCAPE is pleased to announce the release of a new body of work by multi-media artist Ilene Segalove. She had a solo show at the Laguna Beach Art Museum in 1990, featuring works using photography, video, and audio, which filled the space with sight and sound. The series Claude and Nellie Hook Up and Kiss Me Still Life come from the same conceptual/content pool. They both address the condition of connection, human relations, and the male-female drama. They both consider longing, contact, disappointment, and consummation . Return to Exhibits.
